![]() I already read that about this place before we went and we were planning to get this anyway but the way the server was showing us the menu, it's almost like he was implying that you didn't have a choice. She was the only dancer the entire night.Īlthough every menu item has an individual price, they pretty much expect you to get the 5-course meal because it is a "traditional Moroccan dinner". I believe the Owner and staff are Moroccan but the belly dancer was just some white girl. It was definitely a unique dinner experience. My wife brought me here for dinner on the weekend of my birthday. Now, we have great memories and some envious friends who'll probably be visiting here the next time they're in Atlanta. With our stomachs completely full, our bill was reasonable for this level of service, atmosphere, entertainment, and taste. She danced with skill and once again made us feel like we were in Morocco. However, her outfit covered a good bit of her torso and it was more festive and entertaining than anything. Before she began, I was afraid that it would be risque. It's optional, but we sat on the floor, washed our hands at the table, and stayed for the belly dancing. It's not their fault but we were stuffed before our entree arrived. The food was exactly what we were hoping for with beautiful presentation, succulent flavor, and incredible variety. Seriously, they were tremendously gracious and friendly. The hostess and our server bent over backwards to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. To add to this, most of the staff is from that region and bring their charm and culture to this restaurant. take much to imagine that you're in Morocco. The outside of the restaurant is fairly unassuming but once you enter, you feel like you've entered an Indiana Jones movie. It really is an experience especially if you embrace all that they offer. You'll remember this meal long after it's over. I’m looking forward to my next visit□ More The prices were definitely worth it and I had a great time. The belly dancer was AWESOME!! really pretty dancing ( she brings you to the middle of the room to dance- which was very cool) and the fire show was bomb! We even got a velvet cake (for mother’s birthday), it was a very good cake. The desert was also very good and light, along with the shot of mint tea. Nice sweet sauce with the chicken coming straight off the bone and the rice had a nice spice to it too. I ordered from the MOROCCAN TAJINES: section with the Chicken Apricot and it was very delicious. waitress was awesome with explaining to us on what the food was about, how to eat to food and how everything was prepared (since this was our first time visiting the restaurant) ![]() The salads and lentil soup was nice and light, along with the palate cleanser (carrots) was very sweet. Went to this restaurant with my aunt, father and mother for my mother’s birthday and we all had a great time.
